Office Boss.

Jenn has been with Talbot from the beginning. She has over 20 years of office management experience. Jenn is the one that keep all of us in line. Outside of work She enjoys Kayaking, Gardening and enjoying the family life.

Darren Bench

Field Operations and Small and Medium Project manager/ Estimator.

Darren has been with Talbot on and off since 2018. He brings 20 years of Project related management from several different industries.

Frank Turkowski

Superintendent.

Started with Talbot Excavating Co. LLC in 2019 as a Superintendent bringing with him 35 years of residential and commercial development service experience gained through various employers, working throughout Kitsap and Pierce counties.
